The Current Festival News and Schedule pages have been updated, there's a new "current link" posted in You Geek (one recommended by both Trogdor and NotOfThisEarth), Missing Links makes its first appearance in You Geek under the header (not Projects as originally advertised), and a page about the BIYF Logo & Motto has been added under Welcome off of the home page or above.

The BIYF Festival Current Year & Archive page has been updated to include a News Page and a Schedule page. It looks like I'll be updating these again tomorrow to reflect Herr Bricker's updates. Be sure to wander through the archive while you're there.
Now, some responses:
Yes, assuming Trogdor is unable to attend, I will have AV equipment for projecting the big picture. I'm voting no on bringing a screen proper because: - It's likely unnecessary when a wall or a sheet will probably suffice.
- The lightweight screen disappeared about the same time as our previous boss (no connection implied) and the only ones I've got access to now are constructed in the manner of the Orcs of Isengard - large, unwieldy, and apparently built from drop forged iron.
Regarding the beer ... mmm ... beer. I thought the pre-stocked 'fridge was a godsend last year. I'm planning on bringing a few bottles with me from Iowa, but I'm all in favor of chipping in some cash to help pay for that handsomely stocked beer warehouse.
I'm pretty much good with all of the Bricker's suggestions and I'm planning on updating the news & schedule to reflect them unless I hear differently. Let us know what you think and we'll go from there.
