I have vague beer-soaked memories of a crappy Sci-Fi flick from college, but I can't figure out what it was.

What I do remember: There was an AI run amok (ala HAL), a luxury cruise liner spaceship that looked a lot like a dustbuster, and 2 heros who looked like Starsky and Hutch.
And the outfits looked like Space:1999

Not much to go on, but anyone have any ideas?

Then again, with all the "like this like that", maybe I did more drugs in college than I thought.
